Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days from when you place your order. We charge a flat rate for shipping, based on your shipping address.

Please note that our medicines are handmade in small batches and your order may be delayed in some instances. We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our herb kitchen, it enters the domain of the courier, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please email us at motherwort@taprootmedicine.org. We may be able to easily resolve the issue. However, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS or UPS.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide upon checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses and will not be reshipped or refunded. Orders are shipped from our herb kitchen in Sebastopol, CA.

Invigorating

A great product. Tasty, nourishing and invigorating.

Nourishing Calming and Healing to the system

Prescribed this by my acupuncturist to help with PMDD and perimenopause. I see other reviews say it helps with anemia which I also have. This is an added benefit, but not the main reason I take it. Not sure how it works but it does! It is very calming and nourishing! You feel it when you take it!

I take two TBSP-one in the am and then mid afternoon. Only drawback is the added sugar. I wish there was a sugar free option. Each TBSP taken equates 1 tsp of sugar ingested and is the only reason I left 4 stars. I try to have a sugar free diet. It is awful sweet. For those of us that also suffer from GERD we can't cut the sweet with carbonation or citrus. Otherwise, it's a wonderful product and I do recommend it!

Well Being

I’m so very grateful for Well Being. Has truly helped me during the cold season. I have used two bottles so far. Colds don’t last long. Feel like it keeps me healthy as well. Just ordered the one for my lungs. At 67 I need it after so many rounds of bronchitis. Thank you for these wonderful amazing product.
